INK Fitness and Health delivers Lifestyle Intervention Programs, Clinical Exercise (Personal) Training, Rehabilitative Pilates Mat and Reformer Sessions and Athletic Development, Strength and Conditioning Programs to a wide variety of clientele. Each session is delivered on a one on one basis and individually tailored to suit your needs.

INK Fitness and Health is a private and stylish studio offering exclusive access to high quality, commercial machines and rehabilitation equipment; located in Murrumba Downs, 24kms from Brisbane City and within the popular North Lakes catchment area of the Moreton Bay Region.

At INK Fitness and Health, the focus is on you, the client. Each supervised session and individually tailored gym- and/or home-based program, will build on and optimise your Fitness and Health by including the five essential elements of professional exercise prescription:

  • Mobility Work

Clients wanting to change their lifestyle, begin or improve their exercise programs, prevent injury or illness and improve their athletic potential can easily lose motivation. Each program runs for 8 weeks and consists of bi-weekly individual exercise sessions, body composition measurement plus dietary advice and consultation
