
Belinda has owned and operated INK Fitness and Health since January, 2017. She is an ESSA and Fitness Australia Accredited Exercise Scientist.

Belinda regularly attends conferences within the Exercise Science and Fitness Industries to stay abreast of the latest research. She has worked in a variety of different areas and sees clients for a wide array of lifestyle intervention and chronic disease prevention issues, clinical exercise training, late-stage injury and illness rehabilitation as well as people with athletic development goals.
Belinda regularly collaborates with Physiotherapists and Dietitians; providing exercise prescription for clients with varying conditions including postural and movement dysfunction, chronic pain, late stage rehabilitation and chronic diseases including obesity. Belinda is always determined to achieve the best outcomes possible for her clients and strives to help people achieve their goals in health, fitness and performance through safe and effective programming, education and advice.
Belinda also works in Strength and Conditioning, enjoying working with recreational athletes. As an endurance cyclist, body builder and fitness enthusiast herself, Belinda is interested in improving performance through injury prevention, management, sport specific training and fitness program design. Belinda is passionate about safe effective Strength and Conditioning training for every athlete and has worked with a variety of different sports, including basketball, body building, cricket, cycling, power lifting, rugby league, running, touch football and triathlons.
Lastly, Belinda has recently qualified as a Level 1 Kinetic Link Trainer, providing her clients with the most relevant and practical functional strength and conditioning principles in relation to strength training, fitness conditioning and sports performance. Belinda utilises these skills to design and deliver full-body exercise sessions for her clients; creating fit, strong and bio-mechanically balanced bodies.
